What are your delivery options?
We offer Standard Delivery within 3 working days Monday – Friday (Excluding Public Holidays). Delivery is Le10,000.
What is your returns policy?
All sales are final. Returns will only be accepted where an incorrect item is delivered. In this unlikely event, please give the item back to the courier or take a picture of the item and send via WhatsApp to 074 332 332 or email sohosl-orders@gmail.com with a copy of your order acknowledgement. This must be received within 3 days of delivery to be eligible for an exchange.
NOTE: All Jewellery and underwear once opened cannot be refunded or returned
What is your shipping policy?
When payment has been received and your order is confirmed, we aim to deliver your goods within 3 working days, Monday – Friday (excluding public holidays). We will send you a delivery notification to ensure you will be available. Please check that all your items have been delivered before the courier departs.
How do I return an item?
The returned item must be in the original packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received it. Our courier will collect the item from you. We will endeavour to send you the correct item within 3 working days depending on stock availability. If we are unable to exchange the item, we will issue you with a credit voucher to be used any time.
